FREQUENT QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING:
When will my order be shipped? There are several steps that must take place before an international order is ready to ship. First, order payment has to be cleared into our account, which can take up to 3 business days, Second, orders are placed and filled off-site and then shipped to us at Advanced Ideals at no charge to the purchaser. It takes 5-7 business days in transit to our location. Third, the order will be weighed, to determine International shipping and handling fees. Fourth, we contact the purchaser via email of the fees. Fifth, as soon as we receive the fees, we ship the order and notify the purchaser of the Customs Tracking number.
How long will it take to get my order after you ship? The length of time it takes for a shipmnet to arrive at its destination varies with the distance being shipped and how long your country takes to process the package through customs.
By what carrier is my purchase shipped? All international shipments are sent by United States Postal Service Priority Mail International.
What about Customs and Duties? The purchaser is responsible for all Customs and Duty fees assessed by their respective countries.
Can I track the progress of my shipment? Yes. Once we ship an international order, we notify the purchaser by email with the U.S. Customs form "tracking number." The purchaser can go to http://www.usps.com/
